Citizen M - A 360° customer view through smart data links
For CitizenM, we developed the first foundations, the basis for what later evolved into a sophisticated utility app.
Overview
We kicked of the CitizenM-case by reading and structuring existing, relevant data sources. We built a system that, on a daily basis, enriched itself with new data we could organize, analyze and connect to each other. Now we were able to link separate checkout systems with customer feedback, booking systems and digital (social) media channels.
