By creating a single platform that connects to dominant ERP systems in the food & beverage industry, Heineken has a single view of their product positions across many customers, achieving actionable insights.
By applying “ fuzzy logic”, we were able to categorize products with different descriptions from different ERP systems, thereby creating a single view per product.
