Overview
With LIV Residential, OCP is aiming at affordable housing in urban centers. It is called “living as a service” with a personal touch. In order to enhance their service offering and personal appproach, OCP has requested In2Intel to develop a datawarehouse, connecting many different property management systems into one unified data platform. This allows OCP to better profiling of assets, operational benchmarking and increased (financial) control, inclusive (predictive) analysis and personalisation through segmentation and marketing automation. Moreover, a full migration of all property parameters into one unified management system was excecuted, so that property managers can control and manage properties more efficiently.
